Every ingredient, every batch, and every finished product is verified through documented procedures, independent testing, and traceable records. We do not rely on assumptions, internal-only testing, or vague assurances.

MANUFACTURING CONTROLS

Elevate8 is manufactured in a facility registered with the Thai Food and Drug Administration and operating under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

This means:

• Controlled production environments

• Documented standard operating procedures

• Calibrated equipment

• Batch-level traceability

• Raw material intake verification

Each production run is logged, monitored, and recorded from ingredient receipt through to finished product release.

RAW MATERIAL VERIFICATION

Before production begins, raw materials are assessed against specification.

This includes:

• Identity verification

• Supplier documentation review

• Specification conformity

Only ingredients that meet predefined acceptance criteria are approved for use. Anything outside tolerance is rejected.

HEAVY METALS TESTING

Every production batch undergoes independent laboratory testing for heavy metals.

This includes screening for:

• Lead

• Mercury

• Arsenic

• Cadmium

Results are assessed against internationally recognised safety limits. Batches that do not meet strict thresholds are not released.

This is not optional testing.

It is built into our release process.

MICROBIOLOGICAL SAFETY TESTING

Finished products are tested for microbiological safety to confirm they are free from harmful contamination.

Testing verifies:

• Absence of pathogenic bacteria

• Compliance with food-grade microbiological limits

This protects product integrity, shelf stability, and consumer safety.

INGREDIENT & LABEL VERIFICATION

Ingredient quantities and label declarations are verified to ensure accuracy and transparency.

What appears on the label reflects what is actually in the capsule — not theoretical values or rounded marketing numbers.

No hidden blends.

No undisclosed dosages.

No ambiguity.

CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA)

Every batch is supported by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an accredited laboratory.

The COA confirms:

• Product identity

• Safety test results

• Compliance with specification limits

COAs are retained as part of our permanent quality records and form the basis of batch approval.

BATCH RELEASE PROTOCOL

No batch is released until:

• Manufacturing documentation is complete

• All laboratory results are reviewed

• Safety criteria are met

• Quality checks are signed off

If any requirement is not satisfied, the batch does not ship.

Simple as that.
